Shipping, Contact, Billing and Payment Information
Please review your shipping, contact, billing and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank.

Please note that Valyōu is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. In some cases shipping address may be changed after shipping, and will cost a $150 USD.
Once your item is ready to be shipped, the shipping carrier will schedule a delivery date/time for you. Date and times can not always be changed. Missing that appointment will result in redelivery and a rescheduling fee of $150.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost and shipping options are available at checkout after you add your shipping information. Shipping costs may change bases on the delivery address and shipping type.
