Shipping Information

Furniture is one of the biggest and heaviest items that gets delivered to residential areas. Therefore the furniture industry is known for long lead times and high shipping costs. We don’t like that. And so, our entire operation is set up, getting furniture from our factories to your home in as little time as possible!

Handling Time
Handling time is the time it takes us to prepare the order from when we receive it until it gets shipped.
Handling time can take anywhere between 1-5 business days, for us to do a deep quality check, pack, secure and ship your order.

Shipping Options
The shipping fees, shipping and delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Available delivery options will depend on the product type and zip code.

Curb-side delivery

Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep or closest entrance, but will not be unpacked or assembled.

Inside room of choice

Your order will be delivered inside your home in a room of your choice, but will not be unpacked or assembled.

Pick up

This option is dependent on zip code and is not available for all orders. If available, you will be able to choose this option at checkout. You will then receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.

White glove assembly and set up

A premium white glove service will deliver your order on a pre-scheduled date. The delivery team will move and unpack your order to the room of your choice and dispose of all packaging.
