Exchange
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help. You can exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item(s) must be in original condition, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, and all original packaging included.
- Item(s) must be disassembled how the item(s) was initially packaged, including all the parts, screws, padding, and accessories.
There are a few items that cannot be exchanged:
- Open Box / Used items
- Mattresses
- Homeware & Accessories
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”
You can return your item for a refund and purchase a different product that meets your needs. Please follow our process and policies described in our Refund Policy and Return Policy

Disputes
If for any reason, you dispute any transaction made on the Valyōu Furniture website, your account may be placed on hold including rewards, loyalty points, Valyōu Wallet balance, vouchers and store credits until the dispute is resolved. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to item(s) you purchase on the Valyōu Furniture website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and except as provided under “Returns Policy”, you will not dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card or method of payment you used to purchase item(s) on the Valyōu Furniture website. Should you do so, your order(s) may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made and may prohibit all persons in whose name(s) the credit accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from purchasing item(s) on the Valyōu Furniture website.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)
We know how frustrating damaged, defective and wrong items can be. If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged or missing during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase, in which you will not be responsible for any shipping or replacement fees to and from your address.
You must contact us about any damaged or defective item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when your order needs to be corrected. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo of the original item to provide a resolution.

Warranty Policy
Products under the manufacturer’s warranty are eligible to be covered for 12 months from the purchase date. The manufacturer's warranty covers product manufacturing mechanical defects. If you have any issues with an item that falls under this warranty, Valyou will assist in filing a claim with the appropriate manufacturer for your product's respective brand. Warranty Resolutions may include repairs, replacement parts, or an entire replacement.
